Teachers' Day

hi guys!

after teachers' day in VJ, went back for Teachers' Day in VS:)

quite sad really. the moment i walked into the hall, i heard loud music. i recognised the band that was playing. RONIN.

horrible band? created a horrible atmosphere. happily on stage, using teachers' day as a chance to rebel against the co-ed thing. played the Victorian Anthem really lousily. gd thing Mr Siow chased them away.

the following student works ranging from bands to a video was rather saddening too. as in teachers' day was no longer a day for the teachers, but to showcase their own talent, and to protest against the co-ed. all i heard that day was metal. metal metal metal. its as if one has to be a metal head to be a cool musician in VS. not saying i never played it in those days, but i am sure they are capable of more?

all the teachers in VS were doing fine, the ones that taught me. i heard one more got married this year... hahaha

anyway, that aside, i went out with all my friends from 4B'04... you know, going back to Parkway Parade with them is just never the same. it is like going there after a school day in VS, and we are just hanging out talking and chatting, except now we ain't talking about O levels are days of our lives.

how i miss them? i left early because i was tired and thirsty...
