I love fridays. I really do. What other day allows you to be dismissed so early? What other day tells you, on top of a half day, you don't have to come to school for the next 2 days?
Had kayaking training today again. And things have improved. At least I can now sprint properly without losing too much balance. But still far away from ideal if I want to at least get past the heats.
But anyway, on to good news. Jenn Haur got 5th for his triple jump. That's like national 5th. Means he's the 5th best jumper in Singapore, at least. And that wasn't his best, still.
He still have his long jump next week, a chance to get even better results. So lets wish him all the best here.
Not to forget Nigel (Goh), who has his 800m next week. All the best.
May we all surpass our expectations.
