From the anti-shopaholic

For the anti-shopper (most guys):

Jie Jun's post was a bit one-sided and unfortunately, cannot be applied to most guys because most of the time, we don't shop for fun. In fact, when shopping, we just choose between 'this' and 'that'. However, if you ever have to accompany girls who are shopaholics, I have plenty of experience on that with my sisters and can offer you some advice:

1. Never wear school clothing..
Why? Not only because its uncomfortable, the bigger reason behind it is because you cannot get to..

2. Find a LAN shop and station yourself there.
Yes, this is it. If your friends / sisters are gonna shop for a few hours, even if its 8 hours, I'm sure you can sit at that spot in front of that computer for 8 hours too with not much problem. That being said,

3. Load yourself with cash,
since you're likely to spend a proportionate amount of money to time spent

However, if you have no choice but to tag along with their shopping..

4. If they ask, "How do you think I'll look in this?". Say, "No..! It'll make you look fat!"
This is to make sure that they won't go and try that outfit on and waste unecessary time.

5. If they should try an outfit on and ask then, "How do you think I look in this?" Say, "Superb! You look prettier and slimmer!"
After saying the magical 2 words, they would probably buy the outfit; which effectively means that they have depleted some more of their cash and you should be on your way home sooner rather than later.

6. While walking, walk very quickly, so that they won't have time to slowly look at the 'windows' of the shops they pass by.

7. If you should enter a shop, which has a chair / seat / sofa, immediately head towards your oasis to give a 'sian' and 'bored' look, so it would appear that you have waited a very long time for them to finish.

8. Get to know the sales personnel in the store.
Bribe them so that they won't offer any discounts of inform them of any in the future.

Lastly,
9. Don't let them know...

That's about it. Note to girls: Take this with a pinch of salt. :p
