Crapbox!

We look at young little kids, hearing them squeal and squeak about their dreams for the future. What they can do. What they want to do. What their dreams are, with the eternal optimism and hope only a kid could have.

Then we look at our fellow 18 year old peers and see the world weariness in them, hearing them talk about their fears, their worries, their insecurities, what they want to do but can't.

And we wonder as we grew up, what happened to us?

Sometimes it is good to dream of the future. To dream of futuristic flying cars. To dream of a cure for cancer. To dream what we WANT to achieve instead of dreaming what we CAN achieve.

I wouldn't mind being a kid all over again, if I could have their eternal optimism.
